Summary
This two day course is accredited by Skills for Security, will provide candidates with the necessary skills to comply with BS7984:2008 and also meets the relevant audit conditions for those wishing to obtain the SIA Approved Contractor Status for response services. Practical exercises and case studies are used to teach the skills and techniques for Keyholding and Alarm Response roles.
Who is the programme designed for?
This course ensures that all Key Holding and Alarm Response staff complete 16 hours of formal classroom training, as required by the BS 7984:2008 standard. This course also meets the audit conditions for those wishing to update their skills and remain ACS Compliant.
